The website of the company City Service has been recognised as one of the best websites for investors in the Baltic States. This recognition was unveiled at the awards organised by AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn stock exchanges.

‘In our relations with investors, the company relies on the highest principles of openness. We regularly improve statements and other forms of reporting that are provided to investors. This award is very important to us’, Žilvinas Lapinskas, the managing director of City Service, said.

The awards—which involve assessment of the companies listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn stock exchanges by a commission consisting of members of the academic community and the media, professional investors, and representatives of stock exchanges—have been granted for the fifth time. The City Service website received the highest possible score from the commission. Four other companies in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia received the same score.

In 2009, City Service was awarded Discovery of the Year at the ceremony held by East Capital Fund in Stockholm, Sweden. The group earned the award for its efficient development strategy in the Baltic States and the Russian market and its performance in 2009.

The shares of City Service have been listed on the Main List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange since 2007. In 2007, the IPO of the Group’s shares was recognised as the most significant event in the country’s financial market.

The company group managed by AB City Service provides integrated public utility services for apartment buildings, private houses, and commercial, industrial and public buildings.
