Heat consumption indicators in Vilnius apartment buildings with heat units maintained by City Service improved in the year by 16.2 %. The figure was obtained by comparing the heat consumption ratios between November 2010 and November of this year in 1,100 apartment buildings. The average weighted heat consumption coefficient this November was 20.7, as compared to 24.7 last year. More >
