The company is actively involved in the LET’S SAVE HEAT initiative that was announced by the National Association of Building Administrators in autumn 2011 and that guarantees less heat consumption for the buildings participating in the programme. In the buildings under our supervision, we, together with the residents, pursue heat-saving measures.

When implementing this programme, we are committed to assisting the residents of the buildings administered by us to apply heat-saving measures, carrying out an ongoing analysis of the consumption of heating energy in each building, providing recommendations for reducing heat consumption, and regularly informing residents about the progress of the initiative. The consumption of heating energy in each building will be measured by applying a weighted heat consumption coefficient.

The 5-step Heat Saving Programme provides measures that allow the weighted heat consumption coefficient to be reduced by up to 30%.

· resident involvement: actions reducing heat loss inside apartments,

· measures designed to reduce heat loss in common areas in apartment buildings,

· automation of heating units,

· installation of heat system stabilising equipment,

· installation of an on-line controlled heating system.
