One of the main directions of activity of City Service, the leader in building management, is maintenance of blocks of flats.   The companies of the Group provide their services to residents in all big cities: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, and Palanga, as well as in Šilutė and Pagėgiai districts.  Total area of blocks of flats where City Service provides its services is over 9.9 million sq. meters.

The companies of the Group cover a large share of Lithuanian market of commercial building facility management services.  Clients of City Service include big commercial banks, retail trade networks, investment funds, telecommunication companies. 

City Service has successful cooperation with the companies of real estate development, investment funds.  Companies of the Group provide maintenance of buildings as well as of public telephone network of TEO LT, the largest Lithuanian telecommunication company, and Omitel base GSM stations. 

One more significant direction of City Service activities is services to public buildings.  Companies of the Group provide services to the buildings owned by Presidency, the Ministry of National Defence, to educational establishments in Vilnius.
