City Service is a manager of one of the largest groups of companies providing building maintenance services in the Baltic States.  Being the first one to introduce complex building maintenance services in 1999, today the company is engaged in its activities in Lithuanian, Latvian and Russian markets.  The Group includes over 30 companies; total area of buildings under administration covers more than 19 million sq. meters.

Most banks, shopping centres, shops and administrative buildings in Lithuania are the clients of City Service. 

Total area of blocks of flats where the Group provides its services is over 8.5 million sq. meters.  City Service provides its services to the residents of blocks of flats in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Palanga as well as Šilutė and Pagėgiai districts.

In 2006, the Group started its successful development in Latvia and Russia.  City Service is one of the largest private companies engaged in the market of residential buildings management in Russia. The Group is planning its further development in Russia together with the national bank Sberbank where a cooperation agreement has been signed between them in 2010.

Companies of the Group operate following the integrated quality, environment safety, labour safety and health management system which has been introduced and is continuously updated and which complies with the requirements of standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.

In 2009, City Service offered to its clients some innovative services of high added value.  The Group has been the first one in Lithuania to provide the services of evaluation and certification of energy performance of buildings and to provide consulting regarding the issues of reduction of costs for building facility management.

At the end of 2009, City Service bought UAB Ecoservice, the largest waste management company in Lithuania.

Shares of City Service have been quoted in official list of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius exchange since 2007.  In 2007, public circulation of shares of the Group (IPO) has been the most significant event in the national market of finance. 

City Service was granted a title of "Discovery of the Year" in the awards of East Capital fund in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2009. The Company Group was granted this award for effective strategy of development in the markets of Baltic States and Russia as well as for the results of activities in 2009.
